RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and they are herein
authorized and instructed to execute on behalf of the City of St. Paul
an agreement with the Great Northern Railway Company covering permission
from the Railway Company to construct, maintain and use a temporary
storm sewer outlet on the right -of -way of the railway adjacent to the
Northern Route and westerly from Fairview Avenue.
