RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering one Austin -
Western Model T -33 3 -1/2 to. 6 -ton Portable Tandem Roller to the Water Department,
Hamline & Carroll Avenues, St. Paul, Minnesota, to ROAD M&CHINERY & SUPPLIES OF
MPIS4,, INC. in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal'Bid #7543 of said Road Machinery & Supplies of Mpls., Inc. for the
contract price of $5293„00, such bid being the lowest meeting specifications and
said Road Machinery & Supplies of Mpls., Inc. being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
