PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOL,gTION- GENERAL FORM -Z-71 .,-/ , t/ COE NCIL NO 191 153 25, 1959 RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, material and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of concrete floor in the Rifle Range Area and concrete floor in the area under Refreshment Stand at the Como Park Pavilion located at Como Park, Saint Paul, Minnesota to KARL DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7541 of said Karl Dedolph Construction Company for the contract price of $1,682.00, such bid being the lowest and said Karl Dedolph Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel -be and hereby is directed to draw l up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute-said contract_on_beh Council File No. 191153 —By Bernard Formal Bid #7541.
