In the matter of improving Stillwater Avenue from White Bear Avenue
to McKnight Road by surfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing con-
crete pavement; widening the roadway to 44 feet by grading and paving the
north and south side strips with 711 concrete base and 3 1/2" asphaltic
concrete; grading and paving alley and driveway returns; constructing new
curb where necessary; reconstructing storm water drainage facilities and
doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to said improvement
under Preliminary Order C. F. 186041, approved February 4, 1958, and Final
Order C. F; 187737, approved June 4, 1958. (Municipal- County State Aid
Street 62- 506 -01).
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications, as submitted.by the
Commissioner of Public Works, for the above improvement be and the same
are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to
advertise for bids on this improvement.
