Donovan, Department of Public Works, shall be entitled to and receive the basic mileage allowance provided for in- Ordinance No. 11012, Section 1, subject to the maximum of- $75.00 pursuant to the provisions of said Section 1 relative to the maximum provided for car allowance for employees, and allowance to become effective March 1, 1959.
