and authorizing the Comsr. of Parks, P. & P. B. to enter upon the premises
and wreck and remove the two -story frame dwelling used as a duplex at 192
Duke St., as more fully described in the attached letter of the City Archi-
tect.

Len Seamer, Asst. Land Comsr., 286 City Hall
Mrs. D. M. DeCourcy, Land Comsr., 113 City Hall

Old Age Asst., 476 St. Peter St., St. Paul 2
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
two story frame dwelling used as a duplex, at 192 Duke
Street, also known as Except N. 88 feet Lot 8, Gracets'
Sub of Block 2, Willets Addition to St. Paul, as published
in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings, and the building has not
been removed. We are advised that Mr. Frank J. Bilek died
January 14, 1959.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will auth-
orize the Commissioner of Public Buildings to enter upon the
property and wreck and remove the building thereon, and to
do any and all things therein necessary for the protection
of life, limb, and adjoining property.
