LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation 1���021 Contract G 1625 was awarded to Schumann Bros. for Painting at the Main Public Library, Saint Paul. During the course of the work under the contract, certain addi- tional work was found to be desirable, and at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia, nego- tiations have been conducted with the contractor who agrees to do the following work for the amounts listed: Painting kitchen and lunch areas $319.77 Clean and glaze doors and windows in the freight room, third floor staff room, second floor fire cabinet, and first floor office 236.30 $556.07 This is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved, and it is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $556.07 to cov- er the above described additional work.
