RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to refund to Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul the sum of $468.34, said
sum having been paid by said Housing and Redevelopment Authority
for various permits for Buildings Nos. 27, 30 and 36 in the-Mt.
Airy Homes Project,_ the building of said structures having been
eliminated due to the relocation of the highway on Mississippi
Street.

The Housing & Redevelopment Authority obtained various per-
mits for Buildings Nos. 27, 30, and 36 in the Mt. Airy Homes
Project, as per the attached schedule, for a grand total
of $468.34.
These three structures, for which they have obtained and
paid for the permits, were not built and have been eliminat-
ed from their program. The reason for the elimination has
been the highway on Mississippi Street, which was relocated
so that these buildings could not be constructed.
Will you please prepare the necesNsary resolution which will
authorize the return of $468.34 to the Housing & Redevelop-
ment Authority, who paid for the permits?
