RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 418.11, Minnesota
Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel
of releases approved by him, Kent H. Bracewell be paid $136.60
and Glen I. Levno be paid $121.20 out of the Judgment and
Compromise Fund in full payment of damages and personal injuries
sustained in an accident on January 7, 1959 with Raymond F.
Hentschel, Fire Fighter, while in the performance of his official
duties.
