WHEREAS, in connection with the SHEPARD ROAD Bight -of -Way,
numerous buildings in that area will have to be razed in
order to provide for the development of the ROAD, now
therefore be it
�- RESOLVED, That authorization is hereby given to enter into
such Contracts, as are necessary, pursuant to law, with
wrecking companies to raze such.buildings at an approximate
cost of $ 5,000.00, which cost is to be paid out of the
P. I. R: FUND, Code 3001, said FUND to be reimbursed after
completion of the work from BOND FUND Code 200 ST -� and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all cash proceeds from the razing of
any structures within the Shepard Road Right -pf -Way be
credited'to the above described Funds.
