An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, pertaining to absolute parking restrictions.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the
preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL'DOES ORDAIN:
That Section 145.025, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
"Both sides of University Avenue from Prior Avenue to West
Lynnhu rst Avenue".
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared Jto�be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon
its passage, approve] and publication.
