Tay .�;. fJF RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby takes and records official cognizance of The Courteous Driver Campaign currently sponsored and conducted by The Automobile Club of St. Paul, in collaboration with the major local newspapers, St. Paul Pioneer Press and St. Paul Dispatch, and expresses its high appraisal of the efficacy of said Campaign as an instrumentality for the promotion of public safety, and RESOLVED FURTHER, by said Council that it hereby expresses and extends to The Automobile Club of St. Paul its I commendations and congratulations and those of the people of said City, upon said Campaign and its demonstrable success; and that the City Clerk shall deliver a duly certified copy of this Resolution to The Automobile Club of St. Paul with all convenient speed.
