WHEREAS, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 11012, approved
June 49 1957, the Car Allowance Committee provided for in said
Section 2, has reported to the Council its findings and recommenda
tions in a letter dated June 30, 1959, and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a study of said report and
recommendation of the Car Allowance Committee, now therefore
be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that
the employee listed below shall be entitled to and receive the
basic mileage allowance provided for in Ordinance No. 11012,
Section 1, subject to the maximum set out opposite the name of
said employee as listed herein, pursuant to the provisions of
said Section 1 relative to the maximum provided for Car Allow-
ance for employees, and effective on June 15, 1959.

And be it further resolved that the following employee
be removed from Plan B
