1 WHEREAS, on May 20, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-551,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in October 2008 (File No. VB0902, Assessment No. 8635); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1247 7essie Street, being described as:

7 SCHMIT'S ADDITION LOT 12
9 with the property identification number 20-29-22-34-0132 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
10 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as DSI has indicated
13 the assessment was made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
16 by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-551 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
