RESOLVED, That the purchasing Agent be and he is hereby authorized,
with the consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue purchase
Order to CUTLER- MAGNER COMPANY for 261.55 tons-Lime at a cost of $4,054.03,
without advertisement or competitive bids as an emergency existed where
failure to act promptly would work hardship to the best interests of the
City.
