WHEREAS, M. J. McGough Company, in the'construction of the
Snelling Avenue Reservoir,lunder a contract with the City of
Saint Paul, is unable to procure in Ramsey County the ten trucks
of the type needed to complete the work on said Reservoir,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the provisions of Chapter 104 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code are hereby waived with respect to
the use of non - resident drivers on ten tandem trucks used on
the aforesaid constxuction.
