hold such lot subject to public utility reservations contained
in Ordinance No. 3394, as amended, and imposed on said Lot 6
by Council File No. 131076, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has made a deter-
mination that it has no need to retain any construction or

sewer rights in the property described, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul does hereby release
any sewer easements on said property, and the proper City
officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute any
papers necessary to remove said eaaement from the title to the
aforementioned property.
