Whereas, The Village of North St
Paul has made application for extend-
ing its sanitary sewers as provided in
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 10080, C. F.
No. 163726, approved May 13, 1953, And
WHEREAS, The Village of North St. Paul has made application for
extending its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No.
10080, C. F. No. 163726, approved May 13, 1953, and has submitted plans
and specifications for said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved
by the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works
of the City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve
the plans and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary sewer
extension in North St. Paul as approved by the Village Council of North
St. Paul in a resolution dated May 18, 1959.
6th Street N.W. from approximately 680 feet northerly of South
Avenue thence northerly 200 feet.
And the Village of North St. Paul be and it is herein authorized
to proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accordance
with said plans and specifications.
