Presented by
1 WHEREAS, on September 16, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-
2 1031, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in June 2009 (File No. VB0905, Assessment No. 018697); and

5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list are for the collection of delinquent vacant building
6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and
8 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in
9 errar by department staff.

11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
12 by the Exempt Assessment Fund for the properties on the attached list. Council File #09-1031 is hereby
13 amended to reflect this change.
