Anderson to connect his homestead at 1865 White Bear Avenue, the same being all that tract or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly described as the East One -half of Lot 7, Block 1, Garden .Acres, Ramsey ' County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, to the sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, for the disposal of sanitary sewage, and regulating the conditions thereof. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That permission is hereby given to Car1.R. ? .Anderson to connect his homestead at 1865 White Bear Avenue, the same being ll that tract or g parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minesota, more particularly described as the East One -Half of Lot 7, Block 1•, Garden Acres, according to the' plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, with the existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions: s 1. That said,permittee or his successors in inte-i-st in respect to said real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of $5.00 per frontage foot of said real • estate, for an aggregate- frontage of 100 feet, said sum to be in lieu of special assessments and taxes on account of the sewer service, and upon payment of said sum, said permittee or his successor in interest in respect to said real estate shall be granted a permit to construct, maintain LU and operate a sewer connection conn�ting said premises with the public sewer, representing an extension of the public sewer system of the City of Saint Paul in White Bear Avenue along _ the line of the same, for the drainage of sanitary sewage from said ° premises and the disposition of same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint Paul. � a 2. Permittee or his successors shall, within 90 days after the passage of this ordinance, file a written acceptance thereof, specifically agreeing to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon compli- ance therewith the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby ! authorized to issue a permit for said sewer extension, subject expressly to the provisions of this ordinance and Sections 235.08 and 235.14 inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. Section 2.
