WHEREAS, on Se ib , 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-
1030, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for weekly garbage hauling services from June
3 to June 1 l, 2009 (File No. J0911G, Assessment No. 8702); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 760 Robert Street South, being described as:

EX ST LOT 14 BLK 9
10 with the property identification number 0&28-22-31-0178 was assessed an amount of $125.00 for weekly
11 garbage hauling services;and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as a part of a reduction
14 in costs incurred for several weeks of garbage hauling service at the property.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interest; and
18
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $125.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
20 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-1030 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
