In the matter of regrading, curbing and paving Fuller Avenue
between Rice Street and Park Street; constructing new sidewalks where
necessary; grading and paving alley and driveway returns; reconstruct-
ing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on thelintersecting streets, where
not in conformity with said improvement and doing all other work'neces-
sary and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary
Order C. F. 190349, approved December 18, 1958. (Part of Capitol Approach
Project)
RESOLVED, That the plans and specification, as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works, for the above improvement be and the same
are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
