RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sanitary Sewer in
Burns Avenue from Pedersen Street to 15' E. of 11.L. of.Lot 23, Block 14, Scenic
Hills No. 2 and Pedersen Street from Burns Avenue to approx. --25' N. of Burns
Avenue to F. MORETTINI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached, and the Formal Bid #7713 of said F. _
Morettini Construction Company for the contract price of $ _Z744.00 (plus
Engineering .$219.00 and plus Inspection $55.00 by City Forces) such bid being the
lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company being a.reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized I
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
