WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the 1953 SIDEWALK
CONTRACT, District No. 3, Comptroller's Contract L -5280,
Keogh Contracting Company, Contractor, have been provided
for in the Specifications, and
WHIREAS, it has been found necessary to make the follova ng

TOTAL DEDUCTION 2,854.20, and
WHEREAS, the total Deduction is 2,854.20, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 2,854.20, said amount to be
deducted from the lump sum consideration for tEe Final Quantities
comprising the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract
L »5280, for the making of the above Improvements.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 2,854..20, is the
correct amount to be deducted from the above Contract.
