City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
ROBERT A. LOBDELL
Supt. of Public Recreation
We have a request from All State Improving Co. for a per-
mit to erect 200 feet of tight board fencing, six feet
high with galvanized iron gates, to enclose their wreck-
ing and used building material yard at 742-Jackson
Street.
We have made an inspection of the premises and can see
no objection to such a fence. Therefore, we recommend
that the Council authorizing the Building Department to
grant this permit.
Yours truly,
Al d H. Schroeder
