Laid over Summary Abatement Assessments: J0904B Securing and boarding of vacant buildings during April 2009 716 Ma2nolia Avenue East (J0904B) Refened back by Council on September 2. Page 3 Philip Black appeared on behalf of the property owner. He did not have any paperwork so he was unsure what the assessment was for but believed it was for a clean up done at the property. Mr. Yannarelly stated that the only assessment was for an emergency boarding that was done at the property on Apri12, 2009 for at total assessment of $425. Mr. Black responded that he was not contesting the boarding charge.
