Philip Black appeared on behalf of the property owner. He did not have any paperwork so he was
unsure what the assessment was for but believed it was for a clean up done at the property.
Mr. Yannarelly stated that the only assessment was for an emergency boarding that was done at the
property on Apri12, 2009 for at total assessment of $425. Mr. Black responded that he was not
contesting the boarding charge.
Ms. Moermond stated that since there was no other assessment against the property and Mr. Black
was not contesting the assessment, she recommended approval.
