Dear Sir:
VP326
Contract G -1489 was awarded to Batzli Electric Company for
the Electrical Work for the Theater Section and Third
Floor Offices of the Municipal Auditorium, 143 West Fourth
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to furnish and install a separate pushbut-
ton and buzzer system for the fly gallery in the Theater
section, and at the request of the Commissioner of Librar-
ies, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia, negotiations have been
conducted with the contractor, who agrees to do this work
for $56.00, which is a reasonable amount for the labor and
material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $56.00
to cover this work.
