Holland Dept. of Parks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings Dear Sir: VP326 Contract G -1489 was awarded to Batzli Electric Company for the Electrical Work for the Theater Section and Third Floor Offices of the Municipal Auditorium, 143 West Fourth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, During the course of the work under this contract, it was found desirable to furnish and install a separate pushbut- ton and buzzer system for the fly gallery in the Theater section, and at the request of the Commissioner of Librar- ies, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with the contractor, who agrees to do this work for $56.00, which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved. It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $56.00 to cover this work. AHS..A CC: Comsr.
