Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
ROBERT A. LOWELL
Supt. of Public Recreation
Council Resolution No. 189917, adopted by the Council
November 13, 1958, granted to the Ron Saxon Ford Com-
pany permission to erect an eight to ten foot high
lattice fence on the rear of their used car lot, adja-
cent to their building at 225 University Avenue.
From a letter dated April 28, 1959 from Mr. Ron Saxon
it now appears he desires this fence to be twelve
feet high. -This fence is replacing a dilapidated
building, which was torn down at-the, request of this
department. He is requesting that,he be given•permis-
sion to build his fence to a twelve foot height.
This office has examined it, and we see no objection
to it, and therefore recommend that permission be so
granted.
Yours truly,
Alf ed H. Schroeder
