RESOLVED, that Clarence C. Bialka be permitted to erect
an oversize private garage at 1344 Westminster Street, subject
to the condition that the building adjacent to the proposed
garage be painted and repaired in accordance with plans approved
by the City Architect, and subject to the further condition that
sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice
and snow at all times.

Re: Request for permission of erect oversize private garage.

The writer has a truck garden of 3 acres located at No.
1344 Westminster St.,St.Paul,Minn.
He has resided at this location for the past 30 years.
He has a garage on said property but said garage is now very
old.
I propose to erect an oversize garage bldg. attaching same to
old garage. We propose to keep our car inthe new garage and
will use old garage for storage,of tractors tool shed, basket
shed and wash shed for preparing truck produce for market.
The new building will be 2:4x22..
I do not Ignow how Po proeee.d'for permission for the erection
of this building and would appreciate your advice.

be agreeable to demolishing old building at such time.
This area is all peat soil and it is not likely that any housing develop
ment will core in,
