PAUL Resolution Ratifying a l / ' ° FLESOLUTIO RATIFYING . ._ja '4-ASSESSMENT 4 Assessment In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for ;f improving Dale Street from Minnehaha Avenue to Front Avenue by removing brick and block surfacing; by removing rails and surfacing on the track r area; by building up the present concrete base with concrete where necessary to bring the surface of the present concrete base to'the proper subgrade of the new asphaltic concrete surfacing or by constructing new concrete base where necessary; by surfacing the existing concrete base, built up base and new base with asphaltic concrete wearing course and asphaltic concrete binder course; by resetting old curb or,constructing new curb and sidewalk where necessary; by..constructing sewer; -water and gas service connections from street mains'-to the property lines where necessary; by reconstructing the Iaving, curbing and sidewalks,-on inter- secting streets where not in confoi-mity with said improvement;',by constructing conduits and appurtenances,-for future lighting and traffic control systems where necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to said improvement - R A public hearing having. been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council, and �hairing been;.considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
