RESOLVED; That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the General Construction of
a Recreational Shelter Building located at Hillcrest Playground, 1961 Bohland
Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, to ROBERT 0# IWESTLUND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #7679 of said Robert 0. Westlund Construction Company for the contract
price of $22,764.00, such bid being the lowest and said Robert 09 Wsstlund
Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint P4ul.
