Resolved, That the Council hereby
concurs in the determination and re-
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby concurs in the determination
and recommendation of the Purchasing Committee, in the premises, to the
effect that the following described personal property of the City of
Saint Paul proposed to be sold would more advantageously, in respect of
the City's interest, be sold pursuant to negotiations than on the basis
of formal competitive bids, and the sale of said personal property pursuant
to negotiations by said Purchasing Committee hereby is authorized and
approved, pursuant to Ordinance No. 3376, approved February 27, 1915, as
amended, said personal property being described as follows:
