PETERSON, Commissioner Frank E. Oberg, Fire Chief JOHN C. FELDMANN, Deputy Commissioner April 27, 1959 Mr. John Cotter Superintendent of Sanitation Court House St. Paul, Minnesota Dear Mr. Cotter; I am writing you regarding the authorized dump at Stillwater and Hazel Avenues. We have had many fire runs to this dump, and I would recommend that this dump be closed on Sundays and holidays when there is no attendant in charge. We hope that, in this way, we can cut down these fire runs. Thanking you for your cooperation, I am HJS: ab 1 4 6 DIVISION OF FIRE PREVENTION Howard J. Scannell, Chief ward J.
