Install new traffic control signals at Rice Street (T.H. No. 56, and #218) and Summit Avenue, Rice Street (T.H.. No. 49) and Sycamore Street, Summit Avenue, (T.H. No. 212) and Sixth Street, Seventh Street (T.H. No. 5) and Goodhue Street. 2. Revise existing traffic control signals at Rice Street (T.H. No. 49) and Maryland Avenue, Rice Street (T.H.,Ao. 49) and Front Avenue, Arcade Street (T.H. No. 61) and Case Avenue, Kellogg Boule\iard (T.H. No. 5, No. 56, and No. 218) and Wabasha Street (T.H. No. 218). 3. Install new traffic signal controllers at Univer- sity Avenue (T.H. No. 10, No. 12, No. 49, and No. 52) and Park Street, University Avenue (T.H.
