and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of
benefits, cost and expenses
for
grading Ruth Street, Pedersen Street and East Avenue, from State Trunk Highway No. 12
to Burns Avenue; Suburban Airenue from Ruth Street to Burns Avenue; Suburban Place from
Pedersen Street to Winthrop Street; Winthrop Street from Suburban Avenue to Burns
Avenue; and Burns Avenue from Ruth Street to East Avenue
under Preliminary Order 1 -70031 approved SPTLtemher P, 1954 , ,
Intermediary Order 170237 , approved September 21 } 1954
Final Order 170550 approved October 19, 1954
The assessment of ben fi .si cost and Px=nses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 3rd
day of Tune 195, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
