RESOLVED, thathe resolution of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, dated April 30, 1959, providing therefor, and the extension of a 12 inch water main from the public water service system of said Board, in English Street a distance of 2310 feet north of Larpenteur Avenue, together with a water service connection therefrom to the premises of Whirlpool Corporation, at the sole cost and expense of said corporation, either by the latterts independent con- tractor or by said Board, and the extension therein by said Board of public water service exclusively for fire protection purposes, subject to the rules and regulations of said Board, be and the same hereby are approved, a copy of said resolution being filed hezewith and by reference incorporated herein.
