of Rice-Street to Marion Street; in Marion Street from Nebraska Avenuc to approximately
25 feet north of Idaho Avenue; in a 30 foot wide easement from Marion Street to the

Idaho Avenue, thence northwesterly on a straight line to`a point on the east line of
the alley in Block -4, Rice Street Villas, said point being 153.9 feet north of Idaho
Avenue; in the alley in Block 4, Rice Street Villas, from approximately 161.75 feet
north of Idaho Avenue to approximately 193 feet south of the north line of Section 24,
Township 29 North, Range 23 West; in a 30 foot wide easement from the alley in Block 4,
i Rice Street Villas to 50 feet east of Galtier Street, the center line of said easement
being described as follows; Beginning at a point on the west line of the alley in
Block 41 Rice Street Villas, 183.9 feet south of the north line of Section 24, Township
29 North, Range 23 West;, thence northwesterly on a straight line to a point on a line
that is 50 "feet east of and parallel to Galtier Streets said point being 118.3 feet
south of the north line of Section 24, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, in land
(obtained for sewer purposes) from 50 feet east of Galtier Street to Galtier Street,
said land being the west 50 feet of hots 28 and 29, Block 4, Rice Street Villas; 14n

tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 17 ; 205.20 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, 'and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted :to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
