PRESENTED BY 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29, 1959,
COMMISSIONER upon the following terms: 331x% of the
gross receipts from ticket sales (ex-
clusive of tax) to be credited to Audito-
rium Fund 1021y 3315 % of the gross
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Civic Opera Association
be granted the use of the Arena section of the Auditorium fox
the 1959 Pop Musical Ice Revues on the following dates:
July 8, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, 25, 29,
31, August 1, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22,
26, 28, 29, 19599
upon the following terms: 33 1/3% of the gross receipts from
ticket sales (exclusive of tax) to be credited to Auditorium
Fund 1021; 33 1/3% of the gross receipts from ticket sales
(exclusive of tax) to Saint Paul Musicians Association; 33 1/3%
of the gross receipts from ticket sales (exclusive of tax) to
Saint Paul Civic Opera Association and the Saint Paul Figure
Skating Club jointly; these percentages exclusive of $50.00
per concert deducted from special expers e; 331/3% of concessions
net profit, based on 12% of the gross concessions receipts, to be
credited to Auditorium Fund 1021; SairtPaul Musicians Association
to receive 33 1/3% of concessions net pt6fit, and Saint Paul Civic
Opera Association and Saint Paul Figure Skating Club to receive
33 1/3% of concessions net profit jointly.
