OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CQUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATE r WHEREAS, on November 21, 1956, an accident occurred on Grand Avenue at its intersection with Victoria Street in the City of Saint Paul, involving an automobile owned by Rose Sokulsky and being then and there driven by Russell Sokulsky and a City vehicle,driven by Joseph Maidl; and WHEREAS, both vehicles were damaged and a suit was begun by Rose Sokulsky against the City of Saint Paul and Joseph Maidl, and Registered Bill No. 1 -679+ was issued to Russell Sokulsky for damage done to the City vehicle; and WHEREAS, the I\iability for this accident is in question and the parties are "desirous of effecting a compromise; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that upor Russell Sokulsky, Rose Mutual Casualty Compdriy, authors zed and. directed in the amount of $71.50.
