that certain check of State of Minnesota, in the sum of
$1300.00, made payable to order of Walter Vartmann, Cecelia
Vartman, City of Saint Paul, Bouthilet, Daubney & Swenson,
attorneys, as and for payment of award of damages for condem-
nation by State of Minnesota, affecting Parcel 287 in Ramsey
County, Minnesota, District Court proceedings, - State of
Minnesota vs. Griebowski, Urban Investment Company, et al, and
to deliver said check to said Walter Vartmann, Cecelia Vartmann
fee owners of the subject premises at the time of said condem-
nation, and Bouthilet, Daubney & Swenson, the City of Saint Paul
having no interest therein.
