ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, approximately 23o people, including City employees and
citizen volunteers, were assigned to work at various sites in
Saint Paul during the night of December 31, 1999 in the event of Y2K
emergencies; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor wished to provide meals, beverages, and token gifts
for those people assigned to work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to
cover e�cpenses related to the provision of ineals, beverages, and token
gifts, not to exceed $6,000.00.
