SHEAHAN SPECIAL AssisTANT March 18, 1959 The undersigned Committee on Lands, in the prem- ises, pursuant to Section 303 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, upon due investigation in the premises hereby- reports its recommendation that the required paramount per- petual easement for the pending opening, widening and extend- ing of Return Court from the South Line of Bisanz Highland Plains No. 2 to Prior Avenue, in the City of Saint Paul, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached, (proposed form of Council Resolution) be purchased by the City of Saint Paul, at private sale, from Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, the owner of the subject land, as now proposed and offered by said Company to the City for the reasonable price of $500.00, and that your Honorable Body authorize such purchase and provide for the payment of such purchase price from the City's P.
