An ordinance amending Chapter 146 of the Saint Paul
r_ Legislative Code, pertaining to limited time parking restric-
tions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for
the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: /
Section 1.
That Section 146.03, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"'No person shall, between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and,-.7:00 A.M.,
stop, stand or park any vehicle, except in compliance with the
directions of a police officer or other recognized emergency
authority for more than thirty minutes at any one time, in the
following place:
North side of University Avenue from Asbury Street to Snelling
Avenue".
-` Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the
y public peace, health and safety.
