WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File No. 170848, bids were taken for the
sale of property belonging to the Board of Education, described as
follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 8 inclusive and all of Lot 18 West Side
Land and Cottage Co.'s Sub. of Block 36, Brown and -
Jackson's Addition to West Saint Paul, and C
WHEREAS, the Committee on Lands and the Board of Education recommend
the sale of the above - described parcel of property to RALPH TRAFICANTE,
the highest responsible bidder, for $6,500.00{ therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Oouncil hereby approves said recommendation and
directs the proper City officers to.convey,said property to said
purchaser by proper deed of conveyance upon the following terms:
$2,166.67 to be paid down upon acceptance of the Land Coummittee,
and the balance of $4,333.33 to be paid upon transmission of title
to the purchaser; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, t1at the proceeds of said sale be credited to the
School Real Estate Fund 1074.
