Gentlemen:
Red Owl Stores, Inc. operates three retail stores in Jed--il v
the city of St. Paul at the following addresses:
1. 1715 West 7th Street
2. 415 North Lexington Parkway
3. 2117 Hudson Road ( Sun Ray Shopping Center),& - 4 -J`
with parking lots adjacent to each, at which we contemplate
the sale of certain items of nursery stock and related
merchandise during the months of April, May, June and part
of July. In order to obviate any possible health dangers,
we will sell the nursery stock from our adjacent parking
lots and in this connection we will need to "house" the
merchandise under a tent of approximately 20 feet by 36
feet in size. These tents will be erected so that they
will be very, neat in appearance and will not be an
"eye sore" to the area. The area surrounding the tents
will be kept neat and clean and free from waste and
debris.
We, therefore, respectfully request your permission to
erect these tents on_the premises during the period of
time indicated above.
