the permanent easement in Lot 2, Block 3, to be bounded by the following described lines: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of Pascal Street and the southwesterly-line of the Northern Route; thence in a southeasterly direction on the said southwesterly line to its intersection with the west line of the north and south alley in Brown's Sub. of Lots 1 and 4, Block 3, College Place East Division; thence south on the west line of said alley to a point where said west line intersects a line parallel to and 4 ft. distant southwesterly from the southwesterly line of the Northern Route; thence in a northwesterly direction on the said line which is parallel to and 4 ft. distant from the southwesterly line of the Northern Route to the point of its intersection with the east line of Pascal Street; thence north on the east line of Pascal Street to the point of beginning; the permanent easement in Lots 1 and 14, Block 4, College Place East Division to,be bounded by the following described lines: Commencing at the intersection of the west line of Pascal Street and the southwesterly line of the Northern Route; thence south on the west line of Pascal Street to a point where said west line inter- sects a line parallel to and 4 ft. distant southwesterly from the southwesterly line of the Northern Route; thence in a northwesterly direction on the said line. which is parallel to and 4 ft. distant from the southwesterly line of the Northern Route to the point of its intersection with the north line of Lot 14, Block 4, College Place East Division; thence easterly on the said north line of Lot 14 to its northeast corner; thence in a southeasterly direction on the southwesterly line of the Northern Route to the point of beginning; i also condemning and taking temporary easements for construction purposes in Lot 2, Block 3, Lots 1 and 14, Block 4, College Place East Division, on a 15 ft. wide strip adjacent to and southwesterly of the permanent easement described above in and through Lot 2, Block 3, College Place East Division; and on a. 20 ft. wide strip adjacent to and southwesterly of the permanent { easement described above in and through Lots 1 and 14, Block 4, College Place East Division, and on the prolongation of the said 20 ft. strip produced so that the southwesterly line of it is extended in a straight line to its intersection with the north line of the said Lot 14;
