WHEREAS, Como Pazk Zoo and Conservatory Educarion sponsors fee based programs to raise dollars for operating programs,
and;
WHEREAS, Como Pazk Zoo and Conservatory Education uses the following businesses to provide food for the Birthday party,
Ovemight, Discovery Series, Family class, Program for 3s and Camp Como programs;

WHEREAS, Como Park Zoo and Conservatory Education programs for 2009 aze expected to generate a revenue of
approximately $250,000 and;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Como Pazk Zoo and Conservatory Education Department is authorized to
purchase food items and to pay companies who provide food for Educational programs in the amount not to exceed $15,000.
