therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of
Miscellaneous Mechanical Additions only at the Public Health Center, 555 Cedar Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, to AXEL NE -94AN HEATING & PLUMBING COMPANY in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7691 of
said Axel Newman Heating & Plumbing Co mp an , for the contract
price of $1,578.003
such bid being the lowest -and said ,Axel Newman Heating & Plumbing Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City-of Saint Paul.
