for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits

therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,
identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of
damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said `assessment roll,
be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

the present southwesterly line of Cedar Street
and a line ten (10) -feet distant southwesterly
from and parallel to the said southwesterly
line-of Cedar Street; also a-- triangular _tract

The undersigned, Perfection Type Incorporated, the
owner of the following described real estate situated in the City
of St. Paul-, Minnesota:
the Southeasterly 2 of Lot 3, the Southeasterly
25 feet of the Northeasterly 2 of Lot 4, and the
Northeasterly 44 feet of Lots 14, 15 and 16,
Block 23,' City of St. Paul, according t.o the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minne-
sota,
a part.of which property is proposed to be taken by the City of
St. Paulin the above entitled condemnation proceeding,.hereby

(1)` That.there is no public necessity for the taking
of the property or any easement in the property of the objector
which it is proposed to take and condemn in this proceeding;.that
said proposed taking is not for .a public purpose and deprives the
objector of its said property in violation of its rights under
the Constitution and Laws of -the State of Minnesota.
(2) �Tha.t the amount of damages proposed to be awarded
for the taking of the property of this objector is wholly inadequate
and is not a fair award and said proposed award deprives objector
of its property without the payment of just compensation therefor.

amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the . undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
