RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for replacement of certain items of uniforms
(including competent tailoring service without additional charge) for approximately

300 members of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, for period of two
years from date of countersignature on contract, to OSCAR WEITZMAN in accordance with ,
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7778 of said Oscar
Weitzman at unit prices bid, such bid being the only bid and said Oscar Weitaslan being
a reliable and reasonable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
authorized to draw up
